San Pedro Businesses... a town with a healthy mix of residential and commercial properties..

San Pedro businesses... this bustling seaport town has a healthy mix of residential and commercial properties.

Pictured here is stretch along 9th Street and residents there have a beautiful view of the Los Angeles harbor area.

You can find great shopping both downtown and, as pictured here, off Weymouth Avenue further up the hill.

I remember these shops as a little girl in the 60's, and though some are different businesses now, the area has the same hometown feel of that era.

This shopping area is surrounded by quaint residential homes and not far away is Averill Park.

Downtown is always a fun place to go with its variety of businesses and the atmosphere they deliver. Old Downtown sits within 5th and 7th Streets and is a mixture of old, new or restored.

On the first Thursday of every month, merchants keep their doors open into the night for the 1st Thursday Art Walk Events, with live entertainment provided for those venturing out. Click here for more info.

As you can see in this picture, construction on a luxury apartment complex is in progress not far from downtown shopping and the sites of the harbor.

Pictured here is the Whale and Ale on 7th Street and, as you can see, is reminiscent of an old English Pub.

This is just one of the many unique restaurants downtown has to offer.

Commerce has been thriving here for decades, and it is my desire to bring those stores and companies to these pages so that you can visit them on your next trip to San Pedro!

And because we value our San Pedro merchants, we are happy to showcase these businesses and bring them added exposure.

We believe San Pedro has been one of California's best kept secrets and it's time to let the cat out of the bag!!So come explore and have fun with us in beautiful San Pedro!
